Made in Japan in 1988-1989, Charvel Model 5A in a beautiful Candy Apple Red finish.
The guitar is all original and looks very good for an almost 40-year-old instrument. It has a few dings, dents, and scratches, but they do not affect playability in any way. The frets are in good condition.
Neck-thru construction with a 25.5″ scale, maple or poplar body, maple, one-piece neck with a rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets. Very comfortable, fast neck profile typical of Jackson or Charvel guitars. Great access to higher positions. The guitar is perfect in its simplicity – one Jackson J-95 pickup, one volume knob. The bridge is a good quality Jackson JT6 Vibrato that holds the tuning very well, stock Jackson tuners, locking nut.
The guitar is quite rarely available on the market, plays and looks great.
