This is a fine example of a PRS SE model, but it needed a little bit of help when it came in. The fret ends were sharp and there was some fret sprout, so we smoothed/rounded the fret ends and polished the frets. We also leveled any high frets so this guitar now plays better than new. The PRS factory specs set the bridge to dive-only while resting only the back edge of the tremolo against the body. This defeats the purpose of having a tremolo, in our opinion, so we set up this guitar with a brand new set of D’Addario strings and set the tremolo for full-floating, so the pitch can be raised (pull up) or lowered (dive).
Overall condition is excellent. There are a few light marks on the guitar, but they are very minor. The pickups sound great and the tuners are impressively smooth. This is an outstanding value and sounds/plays like guitars costing twice as much!
