A fantastic opportunity to acquire a stunning ’61 Strat, the body being refinished in the 70’s, Fiesta Red potentially over a 3 tone sunburst, body dates 12/60. Beautiful Brazilian Slab board (CITES license supplied). The neck has a great feel to it, plays and sounds as good as it looks, necks dates 3/61
All original electrics, Pots date 43rd week of 1960, original black bottom pickups, the bridge pickup has been rewound. 3 Way Switch. All mounted on the original Mint Green nitrate pick guard and shield plate.
Hardware is all original, bridge block, saddles, original trem arm, ashtray! and original back plate.. The machine heads are the originals although the guitar has had others fitted in the past, back to original now…
