Up for sale is this 1979 Gibson ES-347 in Excellent condition.
I am the second owner and it has been my main Guitar for over 10 years.
Its in excellent working condition with a few minor scratches, dings on the finish but nothing relevant for a 45 year old guitar. No cracks or repairs to the head stock ever made.
The previous owner told me the frets were the original ones. They might need to be leveled at some point. Still plenty of life left in them. He did replace the original brass nut with a bone one and unfortunately he did not have it.
I have made some upgrades to the guitar. It has a new bridge (The original one will be included in the case) and left the original saddles on the new bridge.
It has Dimarzio Bluesbucker pickups and the Jimi Page wiring with upgraded pots and caps (4 push pull pots). The gold on the Dimarzio pickups is pealing off a bit (See pics).
The job was done professionally by the technician at O’DiBella music.
It sounds great! Lots of tonal options.
I have the original electronics and pickups in case you would like to bring the guitar back to its stock features.
The neck is straight and the truss rod works properly. Nice low action.
It comes with the original hard-shell case.
The guitar will be packed properly and shipped with insurance.
Feel free to reach out with any questions.
Thanks for Watching!
