Up for sale, a 2008 Fender Telecaster Deluxe Limited Edition ‘74 vintage reissue model TD74-LTD in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original gigbag. This rare, non-catalog “Crafted in Japan” Tele was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and is uncommon outside of its country of origin, featuring a pair of Wide Range humbuckers.
Tonewoods include an ash body and a one-piece maple neck, and this TD74-LTD weighs 8lbs 9oz. This Telecaster is a punchy, powerful instrument with a clear, percussive quality in every pickup position and the midrange presence of ash as a tonewood. The Wide Range humbuckers are a “best of both worlds” design, combining single coil-esque sparkle and cut with the added warmth and fullness of a humbucker. This TD74-LTD has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
