Up to sale Ibanez PF300 Electric Guitar 1978-79 made in Japan.
The guitar is in excellent condition, with original case. Has a warm and deep sound. Ideal for blues and jazz. I believe this is a good example for your collection.
The PF300 is a Performer series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1978. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.
The PF300 features a flamed maple top with 7-layer white binding on a single-cutaway mahogany body mated to a set-in laminated rock maple neck with a 22-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with pearloid block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 70 humbucking pickups with gold covers mounted in black pickup rings with individual volume and tone controls with a Tri-sound switch for the neck pickup, a Tune-o-matic style Gibraltar fixed bridge with Quick Change tailpiece, a tortoise pickguard, Smooth Tuner II machine heads and Sure Grip knobs in either gold.
The jack plate nut and screw are rusty. The brige style bridge and stop tail bar both show signs of corrosion but are still functional. The frets show wear but still have plenty of life. Has a small dent in the back side of the neck shown in the photo.
