Good condition. All original except for missing pickguard. The usual scratches that come with a 30 year-old guitar. Finish checking under tailpiece. No deep dings, only surface. Structurally sound. Plays great. Plenty of wear left on frets. Luthier filled screw holes where pickguard used to be, strap button was moved, upper side of fretboard – please see pics (barely visible)
