Fender American Vintage ’72 Telecaster Thinline – AVRI Reissue Wide Range Humbucker

$ 2195.00

Here is a very cool American Vintage 1972 Reissue Thinline Telecaster. There is just something special about the widerange humbucker. The more I play them, the more I think they’re my favorite pickup and the more I realize why Johnny Buckland plays the fire out of them. They’re just kinda perfect. This guitar is a great example of what a 72 thinline should be. It plays great, feels great, sounds great, and looks great. You don’t find the the AVRI’s in candy apple red very often.

The serial number is “V047**” and the body and neck date to 2011. The nut is 1.67″ wide, the neck measures 0.87″ thick at the 1st fret and 0.93″ thick at the 12th fret. Actual weight is 7 lbs 1 oz.

The body is in great condition overall. There are a few little finish chips along the bottom edge and on the back, as well as some light streaks visible in the light. Nothing out of the ordinary for a used guitar. No cracks, modifications or structural issues.

The neck is straight and the frets show average wear. It’s in excellent playing condition with no major issues. The fretboard, back of the neck and headstock are clean with no dings or worn areas. No cracks, repairs or extra holes.

The hardware and electronics are original and in excellent working condition. It comes with the original case which has some general wear on the outside. All of the latches, hinges and handle are in working order.
